Intro Assessment and Session

ASSESS AND ADDRESS

We utilize slow motion video and a voiceover breakdown to look at your current movement patterns that will serve as a compass for your program. Following will be a 60 minute zoom movement session where we will address the energy inefficiencies identified.

TAKE THE DEEP DIVE 

The full CK reset program provides you with a complete education of natural, primal movement. You will be guided step-by-step with modules covering progressive groundwork, loading, leaving and traveling techniques to unleash your inner athlete. Private sessions with Coach Karlee will personally guide you through this transformative 3-month movement journey.​​​​​
